I don't know, but this morning I got a email telling how to get into pruvit cloud & enter a temporary password ***** I got confused with what to do so I tried to look for the email I was sent then got lost
JA: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?
Customer: I might be but my kindle has broken & I'm not sure about my Samsung television sorry , I forget a lot as I'm on a lot of strong medications

Just to confirm are you able to log in to your Gmail account?

Please check the Bin/Trash or Spam folder on your Gmail

  1. On your computer, go to mail.google.com
  2. On the left side click Inbox and check the mail is there.
  3. On the left side of the page, scroll down, then click More -> Bin/Trash. Check if the emails are available there.
