Customer: trying to set printer up, printer has an ink cartridge problem apparently. Have I made a mistake?
JA: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: wireless
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: this is a brand new printer
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I think I have installed the ink cartridges properly, but still getting the same response- " ink cartridge problem"??

Can we please try the following:

Try powering off the printer, pull the power cable out of the printer, wait for 1 minute, then put the power cable back in. After this try again.
