The problem is that the network version needs to be connected directly to the router, which isn't possible. I have heard thst the network card can be removed so it can work with the USB cable. Is that correct?

That's what I have been doing, but that second window doesn't come up. The name and number just clear off the screen

If you are still unable to join the remote session then you can contact our customer support to cancel the remote charges for you. Please follow the instructions on your computer to Scan.
