Please do the following before we move to next steps.
1. Please restart your WiFi device by turning it off and then wait 2 minutes and then turning it back on again, wait until all the lights on your WiFi are stable and turned on
2. Restart your laptop / computer
See if internet works after above two steps and let me know.
