Customer: Have an internet connection and the email is hosted by K T Hosting
JA: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?
Customer: Not that I',m aware was working perfectly until Sunday an I have changed nothing

Verify that your outgoing email is not being blocked by your firewall, antivirus software or your Internet Service Provider: Try briefly turning both antivirus and firewall software off, sending a test email, and turning them on and sending another test email.
