Hi there and welcome to Just Answer tech support, I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble. I look forward to helping you. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Open the settings menu on your device, tap on “Apps,” and select YouTube. The next step is to choose “Storage,” which will bring up two options: Clear data and Clear cache. Clear the cache first and check if YouTube now works as it should. If it doesn’t, go back and clear data to see if that solves the problem.

Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,

Saloni

  • Power down your Panasonic TV normally by pressing the power button.
  • Once the TV is off, unplug the power cable from it's power source.
  • Wait for at least 30 seconds.
  • Plug the power cable back in and turn the TV back on.
  • Re-test things normally to see if this restart has resolved your issues.
