I am unable to print from my computer, it was working one

Hi, i am unable to print from my computer , it was working one minute and now it comes up with service error
JA: What's the brand and model of your printer?
Customer: The ReadyPrint service is unavailable Error code 950143
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your printer. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket) as well as your wifi router and power off your computer.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the wifi router then the printer, turn it on and start your computer and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Shut down your Mac.

Find Command (⌘), Option, P, and R on your keyboard.

Turn on your Mac.

Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys immediately after you hear the startup sound.

Hold these keys until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for a second time.

Release the keys.

Then try to print please

Click the apple logo top left then system preferences.

Then printers.

Click the printer, then the - to remove it.

Then click the + and install the printer again

Then try to print please
