My vodaphone mobile has reached its limit. I wish to increase the limit but the machine does not recognise any of my data. How can I speak to a human being
JA: What computer or device are you having trouble syncing?
Customer: my mobile phone
JA: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your smartphone?
Customer: its a vodaphone bought last year. I am elderly with limited sight
JA: How long has this been going on with your smartphone? What have you tried so far?
Customer: half hour. I received some photos and tried to send them on. I had a message saying I had reached my limit but it would not rnecognise my phone number
JA: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?
