JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: Dell. Do not know what OS
JA: The Computer Technician will be able to walk you through that. How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: About 5years from son who replaced his computer
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: As an 87 year old user, and deaf, I use the computer for correspondence, with family and friends, purchases on the internet and a source of information.
