JA: Have you checked for the lost email in your Trash and Spam folders?
Customer: Yes. They are both empty as are all mail boxes

Can you try to access your Gmail via browser using the link below?

Open the link and try to sign in with your Gmail account. Check the Spam/Bin folder and do you see your deleted mails there?

When you delete a message, it stays in your Trash for 30 days. After that time, it will be permanently deleted from your account and can't be recovered. Unfortunately, your Gmail account doesn't allow you to recover an item that's no longer in the "Trash" folder. I am afraid there is no way to recover the emails that are deleted from the Trash folder. I am really sorry that I couldn't give you a solution in this case. Please understand that I don't have access to your account to recover the mails myself for you, I can only provide truthful information and I am just a messenger. Again, sorry to have to deliver the bad news but hopefully, it saves you some time in the long run and prevents anything like this from ever happening again.
