I can’t find my emails on***@******.***?
JA: Have you checked for the lost email in your Trash and Spam folders?
Customer: yes, I don’t use it but need to use it to get onto the account
JA: What email provider are you using (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)?
Customer: I use yahoo as my main email
JA: How long ago did your email go missing? Have you tried sending a Restore Request to Yahoo?
Customer: i can’t say it’s missing, I just have not used it
