I've been trying to put my phone number on to Samsung account but nothing is working for me
JA: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your smartphone?
Customer: Samsung Galaxy s8+
JA: How long has this been going on with your smartphone? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Going to settings, speaking to Samsung over the phone & the lady I was talking to put phone down on me ,all I want to do is put my phone number in my details, how is this to hard I've been sending messages the a sign a x sign saying something like they don't deal with it I've been on settings I've been trying for 3/4 days nothing is working for me

Set up two-step verification

Register through the Samsung Members app

If you haven't already, download the Samsung Members app onto your Galaxy phone and sign into your Samsung account. Open Samsung Members, and then tap the Get help tab. Tap Register, and then select a registration method.

Set up and manage your Samsung account


  • Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Samsung account at the top of the screen.
