JA: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?
Customer: Can only access my email via where it works fine. Setting up on iPhone refuses to support password *****

Customer: Yes - Have successfully reset BT email password. Just can’t persuade iPhone to recognise new pw.

To change your password:

  • Log in to My BT with your current BT ID.

  • Click Settings.

  • Scroll down to 'Your BT ID details' and click on Edit password.

  • Enter your new and existing passwords in the required fields, then click Next.

  • You'll see a confirmation screen completing the password *****
