There is a problem with payment for Daily Telegraph digital at £25.99.
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: It is a tablet. Nat West bank and the Daily Telegraph have said there is no problem and to contact you. Can you help?
JA: What's the model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: My tablet is Lenovo Quad Core 2.0GHz and is approx one year old.
JA: What have you tried so far with your Android device?
Customer: My device is telling me payment has not been made on my Visa debit card.
JA: Anything else you want the Android Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: There is no reason why payment can not be made

Please open the Daily telegraph webiste sign in to your account

Under My account section, go to the payment method section.

Remove the existing payment method listed and then add the payment method again even if its the same card that was there previously.

Once done, the payment should get processed if your card is active and has no restrictions on it by the bank.
