Hi I bought a acer laptop in 2020 and it has stopped working do you think there is anything you can do as I do not consider 2 year's reasonable life
JA: What's the model and Operating System (OS) of your Acer?
Customer: I am not with it at the moment so not sure of model but was running windows 11
JA: What have you tried so far with your Acer? Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I have tried hdmi to check screen and have been doing updates as they come up
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just that when I press power key blue l.e.d. comes on and nothing else happens

Can you please hold down the POWER key for 20 seconds?
