Customer: I have got Pluto tv on my phone but I want it on my tv thanks

Customer: its about 5 years old,model number DLED32HDSC
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: no yes tv menu works

From what I have gathered, this TV doesn't not support installing additional apps - see the list here - 

  • Compatible with the following smart apps: Netflix, BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, My5, All 4, Amazon Prime, YouTube.

To download Pluto TV - you will need to buy an additional device like 

  • Roku
  • Amazon Fire TV
  • Or Apple TV
