JA: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your smartphone?
Customer: iPhone 7, network O2
JA: How long has this been going on with your O2 phone? What have you tried so far?
Customer: phone new to me on Saturday, haven’t been able to open 12 apps since switching on
