Hi am having trouble with my disney account I updated payment method but its still not working
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: Tv
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Pretty new
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yeah the menu works just disney doesn't work
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?
