I can't log in. My password ***** then OTP are not working
JA: Just to clarify, what device or product are you trying to access?
Customer: I can't log in . My password ***** then OTP are not being accepted
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: Asus vivoBook 15
JA: When did you last change the password ***** your VivoBook?
Customer: It has been working well but it stopped working 2 or 3 weeks ago. I've tried to change my password ***** times.
JA: Have you tried using a password ***** disc or other recovery utility?
Customer: No, I don't know how to do that.
JA: Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.

Ok. In order to delete cards saved you must first be logged into Amazon account.

To reset your Amazon password:

  1. Go to Password *****. Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/css/account/forgot-password/email.html

  2. Please enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your Amazon account and select Continue. Amazon will send you an email or SMS (depending on the verification method you've chosen) containing a One Time Password (OTP), to authenticate your request.

  3. Enter the OTP you received and select Continue.

  4. Create a new password.

To do this:

Try to recover your Facebook account from a friend's or family member’s account

  2. Click below the cover photo.

  3. Select Find support or report profile.

  4. Choose Something Else, then click Next.

  5. Click Recover this account and follow the steps.
