A PR company has asked me to open a social media account to help sell my book but I want to connect with the wider world not with friends and family. How dobI do that? I have a twitter account but use rarely
JA: What computer or device are you having trouble syncing?
Customer: I am using an ipad now and will also use an iphone SE
JA: What version of iTunes are you using to sync your Apple device?
Customer: I have no idea about iTunes
JA: When did you last reboot?
Customer: A few days ago after I had a new screen put on my iphone

if you can set it up for me it would help. I already tried but did not want to connect to friends and family but to t outside world only. Is that possible? I have a twitter account using the name Mica Jay @writermicajay and tried to set up same on instagram with photo I same as twitter. I put in some entry then I would like to delete.
