I have tapes recorded on Sanyo Talk Book. How do I transfer them into digital format?

These were recorded on mini cassettes 25 years ago.
Hello, my name is Rusty. Recording is pretty simple, all you need is a mini cable and a computer. Click here for the cable, and click here for the software. Connect the headphone output of your player to your mic input on your computer. Open Audacity, and click the red record button. Press play on your recorder, it will start to record. Pay attention to the volume, you don't want the waveform to appear too small, and you definitely don't want it to be off the charts. Once the recording is finished, press the stop button. Click file, save as, and you can save it to an .mp3. Let me know if you have any trouble.
