I cannot access my Netflix. It just keeps coming up

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the Kindle and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the Kindle and access Netflix.

Ok, go to settings, then apps, select netflix then uninstall

Once done, repeat the instructions I gave you

Install Netflix again and tell me how it then functions please

It would seem that I have managed to uninstall and then apply to reinstate. So far it says it will download on to my device soon!We will see!
