It is identical to the account I have just completed including my personal detail account...I cannot even register the fire stick on screen because all account are still on the screen

No ...Whatever I do when I click on Create an account...message in Orange below reads .....Enter the characters as they are given in the challenge...which I don’t understand I have gone through the account set up process umpteen times
