Books are not downloading onto my kindle since I changed my credit card. I have WiFi connection
JA: When did this downloading issue start with your Kindle?
Customer: For some weeks
JA: Have you tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the power button for a minute)?
Customer: Yes

The home page on my kindle shows ‘there is a problem with your credit card on file’. I have recently had to change my credit card but have entered the new number but nothing happens.
