I have been closed out of my amazon account, there was a mistake with a changed debit card which I have now rectified, but ca't log into amazon
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: the problem started with my Kindle account I owe for two books and can't seem to pay for them

I suggest that you might first try getting your password ***** your Amazon account reset. If that fails, I advise contacting Amazon by their excellent and helpful customer service line, by a phone call. Here are the details for both tasks:

To get your Amazon password ***** you could follow an online procedure here:

- go to (Search, perhaps, then open) Forgot Your Password

- and follow the instructions.... you might be asked to copy the text from a picture in a text entry box (commonly known as a "CAPTCHA"). Make sure to enter the letters in all-caps, if so.

- Then follow the instructions in the e-mail sent to the e-mail address of your account. That is, after entering and submitting the CAPTCHA successfully, an email will be sent to the email address registered for your Amazon.com account, and that email from Amazon will contain your instructions for resetting your password... note, do not interrupt this process, follow through on it now or very soon. Interruptions to the password ***** process can invalidate parts of it, so it all has to be done within a fairly short space of time, or it will not work at all.
