When selecting a video nothing happens and it comes up with ‘Something went wrong’ and told to contact Amazon.
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: 1its a Samsung model no. Ue43kU
JA: What have you tried so far with your Samsung product?
Customer: Nothing. We did have a power cut 2 days ago and haven’t been able to see any films. I am currently trying to watch The Thirteenth Tale but it keeps breaking up.

Just loaded up iplayer app but same thing happening to that as Amazon
Ok go into the smart hub home page and then to settings then reset smart hub and tell me how it works from there please
