Don’t know how to get to speak to someone,I’m not good with all this computer speak.
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: Kindle, don’t know how long I’ve had this one,it’s my 2nd kindle
JA: How long has this been going on with your Kindle? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I thought I’d updated my credit card details, but now I can’t order any books, it keeps on telling me that there’s an error, when trying to down load.
JA: Anything else you want the E-Reader Expert to know before I connect you?

First, try restarting your wifi router - unplug it for 1 minute, then plug it back in and turn it on again.

Also restart your Kindle - press and hold the power button until it turns off, then turn it back on again.
