Hi, I've just signed in to my account but unfortunately having problems watching videos
JA: Just to clarify, what device or product are you trying to access?
Customer: TV, amazon prime
JA: What Amazon model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: Amazon prime, just a couple of months paying. Today is my first day to sign in to videos
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

JA: How long has this been an issue with your Amazon? What happened right before this?
