How to connect my new kindle to plusnet
JA: How long has this been going on with your Kindle? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have typed my wi fix password ***** 4 times & it keeps telling me it’s the wrong one .

Can we please try the following:

Try powering off the kindle , pull the power cable out of the kindle , wait for 1 minute, then put the power cable back in. After this try again.

Can we please try the following:

 

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to show Quick Settings, and then tap Wireless.
  2. Verify that Airplane Mode is Off.
  3. Next to Wi-Fi, tap On.
  4. Tap a network to connect to it. If you see a lock. icon, a network password is required. Enter the Wi-Fi network password, and then tap Connect.
