So you're just using your Smart TV here to watch Prime Video? No streaming device or anything connected?

I see, have you tried using any other apps on your TV with any success? Netflix?
Ok so this is strictly an Amazon error then. I would try to unplug your TV for 5 minutes, then plug it back in and see if the problem persists. If that doesn't work, then you need to logon to Amazon.com, under Account & Lists, find My Prime Video, and then deregister and reregister your Smart TV to use Prime Video.
