Hi Pearl. For ages now I have been struggling to open my kindle in order to read my books. For some stupid reason I decided to put a password ***** on it. I cannot remember what the number was and I haven't been able to access the Kindle at all.

Customer: My amazon Kindle.
JA: When could you last access your Kindle?
Customer: It's probably well over a year ago.

Customer: Yes and I found myself going round in circles with it.
