JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Toshiba and 6 months old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Tv is fine but I can’t get onto Netflix either
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?
Customer: It’s saying may not gave internet connection and only happened this evening haven’t done anything for this to happen
