JA: Just to clarify, what device or product are you trying to access?
Customer: i cannot sign in and you fail ti sens a code
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: Ipad air
JA: What have you tried so far with your Apple product?
Customer: My password ***** longer works. I have nt done anyrhing to it . When i try to reset it you constantly fail to send promised code
