Following a fraud incident I left Amazon yesterday as the only way to stop the buying on my account. Now I want to join Amazon again since I now have new details. But I am finding it difficult as my details are the same and it's confusing the system.
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: Ipad
JA: What have you tried so far with your Apple product?
Customer: contacting amazon and putting in details. But it seems to have a record of original membership which tries to take me in but then seems to realise I left yesterday. Maybe I should leave it a day or so?

I do not want to pay £35 monthly so cancel that now please. I am able to receive all answers I need on my lap top. Thank you. But do find an answer to reinstating me in Amazon. Thanks
