Do not understand. Power is being received. The sound jack is in socket where sound was last found but is not producing anything now. Regards

There are two connectors to my speakers, one gives the power via the computer, the second a pin connector gives the sound which is in a connection at back of the computer. Regards

N o the issue is certainly not resolved. My last reply was meant to indicate that I was not able to progress because the time allowed for me to enter the site had elapsed. Hence me asking for a new session I.D. so that I could enter the site. Regards
