I use my Kindle Fire to listen to Audio books. The Voice now doesn't work.
JA: What brand and model of e-reader do you have?
Customer: eAmazon Fire
JA: How old is your Fire?
Customer: Voice is snot working
JA: What have you tried so far with your Fire?
Customer: I am able to listen to audio books using the Voice on my Kindle Fire but now it doesn't work!!!

Can we please try the following:

Try powering off the Kindle Fire, pull the power cable out of the Kindle Fire, wait for 1 minute, then put the power cable back in. After this try again.

I was not rating Jeffrey in particular. I was rating the whole time I had spent from getting online. A simple questions took a ridiculous amount of time before getting anywhere an answer. However, my Kindle has had a night to sleep on the problem and the Voice is back!!! I am 90 and have impaired sight and value my Kindle and the pleasure I get from listening to stories. I now want to cancel my subscription. Thank you.
