my headphones don't work on my phone so I got some new ones and they dont work either
JA: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your smartphone?

Customer: A couple of weeks so bought some new ones they dont work either

The hole is not big enough and the shape of head phone port is long not round same as the charger

Its OK my headphones are not chargeable the headphones go in the same port as my charger there isn't a separate port my headphones im just trying to work out why or how I can charge my phone but I can't use my headphones
