Good morning. After 3 years, my Hitachi tv just stopped yesterday. I don't know what to do.
JA: What Hitachi model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: It's a 43HK6T74U 3 YEARS
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: nothings it's working, it swich off, it's deade
JA: How long has this been an issue with your Hitachi? What happened right before this?
Customer: We were playing videogame and sttoped
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: never happend before

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TV. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Please note, a rating is only needed when we are finished.

Can you please remove the power to the TV and any other devices connecting to the TV such as a cable box, wifi router ect (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV and connecting devices, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Can you disconnect everything from the TV, so cable box, Bluray player, Antenna ect

Then connect only the power, power it on and tell me how it then functions please

I did all that as you asked before, it's just the TV on the power, still off

Is the standby light showing?

It's as out of power, which it's not true, and the power socket it's working because others electronics are working

I did nothing changed, I tested other device on the same socket, and it worked, it's just the TV doesn't switch on

It is the internal powerboard that has faulted.
