Sky multiroom box is not working
JA: What specific appliance or part are you working with?
Customer: Multiroom box is not connected to the main box
JA: How long has this been going on? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Since Wednesday last have tried to reboot, turning off the box pressed the wps button on the main box
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: The internet is playing up also from time to time

Can you please remove the power to the Box (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the Box, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
