Hi, I'm Nathan.
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this but I'll do my best to help you.

Can you tell me the model number please?

Customer: replied 16 days ago.
Sorry but I have lost the information. The shaver just says "Philishave" on it
Would it help if I send details of the cable - ie measurements" etc.".
The shaver is about 10 years old. The cable is a black "curly one "and the contacts are -Contact to mains electricity-a moulded black two pin plug with the letters "CWA" on each side. The two pins are 17 mm apart at centre and the pins are 5 mm in diameter.
The contact to the shaver is again a moulded plug is 14mm wide with holes for the razor contact of 3mm and 8mm apart

Thank you for the info. That would be a standard 2 prong non polarized cable. The original is no longer available but they are readily available online as a generic/aftermarket replacement. Here is one that should work for you: https://amzn.to/350OZGI

Thank you,

Nathan
