Can you please remove the power to the device (so unplug it from the power socket)
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the device and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Please disconnect the Denon from power, then plug it back in, while simultaneously pressing "<<" and "Source" on the front of the receiver. "Initialize" should then be displayed

It is the internal mainboard or drive motor in the unit that has faulted.
