Hello, my name is*****'m happy to assist you today with your amazon prime, Lets get started!

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Can we please try the following:

How to reset NVRAM. Shut down your Mac, then turn it on and immediately press and hold these four keys together: Option, Command, P, and R. You can release the keys after about 20 seconds, during which your Mac might appear to restart.

Please let me know how this goes.

Kind regards,

Jeffrey
