Am trying to watch a program on prime. It won't load, just keeps saying something has gone wrong.
JA: What are you having trouble accessing or opening?
Customer: Outlander
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: LG web os tv
JA: What LG model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: It's only 2 months old. It is a 43lm6300pla
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: TV menu is not working either. Only having problem on the TV.
JA: How long has this been an issue with your LG? What happened right before this?
Customer: It has been fine up until now. Partner turned it on and it has ceased to function
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

Can we please try the following:

Try powering off the LG web os tv, pull the power cable out of the LG web os tv, wait for 1 minute, then put the power cable back in. After this try again.
