I've installed the JBL app but it's not finding my jbl earbuds any ideas?
JA: What JBL model do you have?
Customer: Jbl live pro+ tws
JA: What have you tried so far with your JBL unit?
Customer: I'm running the jbl app on my mobile ive tried every possible position but nothing

Go to Settings and turn on Bluetooth. In Bluetooth click “Pair new device”. When you see your JBL device come up in the list, tap it and it should be paired with your phone.

Once done, open the JBL app and try to add the earbuds again.
