Hi, I have a mild rash for the last 4 months now. There are

I have a mild rash for the last 4 months now. There are in 4 places, each with about an inch wide. Three of them are on my stomach and one on the middle of my right thigh. There is also a tiny one that is about a quarter of an inch on the upper side of my left leg. The rash does not itch at all. If I look closely at one of them, they appear like tiny light red spots with different sizes. They appear to be flat but I feel them on touch. They don't peel. I was prescribed a Mometasone Furoate cream 0.1% and shower gel by a Dermatologist, but wasnt effective to treat the rash.

I am not sure how to describe it, but none of the rashes I found on the internet looks like them. I have clear pictures of the rash:
