I am sorry you have such bad acne. there are good treatments for acne

but you have to see a doctor about them.

such as prescription antibiotic creams and special treatments like isotretinoin

I see you have had laser treatments

and an antibiotic cream

you should get blood testing to check your blood androgen levels. you could have a condition called polycystic ovarian syndrome where your ovaries are producing too much androgens and this causes worse acne and weight gain and hair growth. going on a birth control pills can sometimes help this condition.
