Customer Question

I started to lose patches of hair nearly 5 years ago, was sent to Queens Medical Centre, where I was told it would grow again, I still have some hair, but it is growing and shedding regularly, while it grows back in one place, it starts to itch, has a red area and loses the hair again. I have been using CLOBADERM 0.05% W/W Cream since going to Queens at Nottingham, but the bit of hair that is left is thin and wispy like baby's hair. I have to where a wig to keep my head warm.
Do I need to ask to go back and let someone look at it and see what is causing it to shed all the time
