Hello and welcome to Just Answer.

There are no home treatments for milia. You should be careful not to try to remove the lesions at home as a scar may result. There are several options available through a dermatologist.

Removal of the lesion with a comedone extractor.

Topical prescription such as tretinoin, or related drug.

Microdermabrasion in the office or with a prescription product.

I hope this helps.
