I have a small bump on the edge of my nostril.

I have a small bump on the edge of my nostril. It looks white in colour most of the time and as if it is filled with liquid or similar, but it can't be popped, it looks like a very firm blister? It is only about 2 millimetres big. I really just want confirmation of what it is and how it can be treated or if it is safe to just leave alone? I will attach a photo, although it looks less white in the photo than in real life.

Hi. How long has it been there?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

A few weeks.

OK--looks like what's called milia--a small sebaceous cyst and these usually resolve on their own. But it can be treated by a dermatologist with a cold CO2 laser

Thank you. How long can they remain before they resolve?

Sometime it takes a few weeks
