Customer Question

I have a very sensitive area on the back of my hand (knuckle area ,index finger),burning sensation, also my veins seem quite bulging as well.(maybe coincidence). This knuckle pain started about 3 weeks ago and isn't going away and wakes me if i 'brush' it. I have to keep rubbing it to get relief otherwise it would make me irritable. Should i seek advice?
